Identified - OIT has confirmed a service issue with Confluence Cloud Wiki. Users may receive a 'Bad Gateway Error'. The vendor, Atlassian, has posted an outage notice: https://confluence.status.atlassian.com/incidents/c3t76n53v2k9
The vendor is working to restore service but there is no estimated time to resolution.

Investigating - OIT staff are currently investigating reports of service issues with Confluence Cloud Wiki. Users might not be able to access Confluence Cloud Wiki sites.
